Privacy & usage tracking
Cleveland Health Bridge is a public community resource directory. You can search and use it without an account. Usage tracking applies only to signed-in partner users who opt in.
What is tracked
If you opt in, we store an event type (for example: viewed a resource, shared it, favorited it, clicked call/directions, reported or suggested a resource, used a category filter, generated a QR code, created a team post, or downloaded a PDF), plus an optional resource id and category. We also record when you signed in.
What is not tracked
We do not log free-text search queries, form contents, IP addresses, your device location, or anything that could identify a patient. Anonymous visitors are not tracked by this system (site analytics from our host may still count page views in aggregate).
Who can see it
Only site administrators can review usage events. Other volunteers cannot see your individual activity.
How it is used
Events help us improve the directory (which resources and categories people actually use) and produce aggregate reports. If you also opt in to recognition, we may name you as a top contributor in publications or presentations. Recognition is optional and separate from tracking.
How long we keep it
Usage events are kept so we can understand long-term patterns of site use. We do not use them to build a profile of patients or clients you serve.
How to withdraw
Signed-in users can turn off tracking or change recognition consent in Settings. Turning off tracking stops new events immediately. You can keep using the public directory and the partner portal either way.
